EARNING college credits is hard work. We make sure it doesn’t go to waste.

We believe in the abilities and determination of our transfer students, and we think they deserve credit in every sense of the word. In keeping with our Direct to Success program, NLU offers generous acceptance of transfer credits aligned with the Illinois Articulation Initiative. Whether a student comes in with completed coursework from their associate program, applicable professional experience or even life experience, we make sure that they get credit for it.
